Glowy

Glowy (formerly Glowbert) is a Support-type character of Mythic rarity. He will be released in January, with no exact date revealed yet, coming directly from the darkness of the depths of Starr Park. A somewhat eccentric biologist, obsessed with marine life, he wants to teach everyone everything about the ocean – even if the other Brawlers just wish he were a little less flashy.
